Reclaiming your life, one rep at a time.

Go look at your calendar this week. Work, kids, appointments, errands. All of it is there because somebody else needed it.

Now find one block that's there only because you wanted it.

If you can't, that's not a time problem. You've been responding to your life instead of running it.

Three hours a week. Put it on there like it's a job.

I changed my last name so the cycle would stop with me.

Not every line on here is my story, but every one of them is somebody's.

You don't get to pick what you were handed. You get to pick what you hand down.

Which one hit you? Drop the number in the comments.

"Consistency has already turned into habit, and habit has now turned into life."

Rob used to skip days. Now he's excited for the next session, the next bit of weight, the next routine.

Nobody hands you that feeling up front. You build it by showing up before you feel it.

If you're still skipping days, DM me SOS. You know you can do better.

1,000 calories a day isn't discipline. It's why you're stuck.

Every time the scale stalls, you cut more. Your body answers by moving less, recovering less and lifting less. You end up burning less and hating every meal.

Feed the training first. Then cut from a number you can actually live on.

Save this for the next time you want to drop your calories again.

Want your real number? DM me SOS.

Confidence in the gym doesn't show up before you train. It comes from proof you can read.

Write your lifts down. Learn one lift well. Go at the same time every day so you become a regular.

Do that for six weeks and open your log. That's your proof.

Want a program built around you so the log keeps moving? DM me SOS.

"Why did I still feel like I was failing?"

Kurtis was a year sober. Stable. Enrolled in school. Just bought a car. And he was sitting in a Dairy Queen after a breakup with a cookie dough Blizzard, asking himself that question.

Every breakup before that, he drank. This time he reached out.

His words now: "The gym has become my church, my meeting, my mental health respite."

Lifelong alcoholic to sober, jacked college grad. He doesn't crash when things go wrong anymore.

"I don't get even. I get better."

If you're tired of crashing every time life hits, DM me SOS.

I didn't love myself when I started. I had a list of reasons not to, and every one of them was true.

I went anyway. 4 a.m., for months, because I'd said I would and I was done being a man whose word meant nothing.

The liking came later. It came from the receipts.

If you're waiting to feel worth it before you start, stop waiting. DM me SOS.

The gym doesn't have to be a solo sentence. I've done enough of those.

Bring the person who makes you laugh between sets. The one who notices when you don't show.

Discipline doesn't have to look miserable to work.
