From Convict to Coach
Rebuilding life through discipline, recovery, fatherhood, and transformation.
There was a time when Kevvin believed his life was already decided for him. Addiction, incarceration, self-destruction, and survival became the cycle he knew best. Today, he helps others break that same cycle, rebuilding their bodies, mindset, confidence, and lives from the ground up.

The Rebuild
Kevvin’s story didn’t start in a gym. It started in addiction. In bad decisions. In jail cells. In losing direction long before he ever found purpose.
By his second year of high school, he had dropped out. The years that followed became a pattern of drug use, incarceration, and survival mode. He spent years institutionalized, disconnected from himself, disconnected from his future, and convinced life probably wasn’t going to become much more than the mistakes attached to his name.
Then something changed. Not overnight. Not all at once. But little by little, he started rebuilding. Fitness became more than exercise. It became structure. Discipline. Accountability. A way to regain control mentally before anything changed physically.
That process transformed everything. He got clean. Went back to school. Earned his associate’s degree in business management with a 3.97 GPA. He fought to bring his daughter Zoey home and earned full custody as a single father. He rebuilt his life one decision at a time.
And somewhere in that rebuilding process, SOSFitt was born. Not as a fitness brand. As proof that people can change.
Why Kevvin?
I’m not a trainer who read a book about hard times. I’m a recovered IV drug user. I’ve been incarcerated four times. I’m also a full-time single father with full custody of my daughter Zoey.
I didn’t just get clean. I rebuilt everything.
I went back to school and earned my associate’s degree in business management with a 3.97 GPA. I tracked my daughter Zoey down, across state lines, and brought her home. I earned full custody. Then I legally changed my last name to hers, because some cycles are meant to end, not continue.
I built SOSFitt because nobody built it for me. So if you’re sober, but still feel broken… If you’re trying to rebuild your body, your discipline, your confidence, or your life… I know what that feels like. And I know the way out.

This Is Bigger Then Fitness
SOSFitt was built for people who are tired of surviving and ready to start rebuilding. This isn’t just about weight loss or aesthetics. It’s about discipline. Structure. Confidence. Self-respect. Learning how to trust yourself again.
Kevvin coaches from lived experience, not theory. Because transformation becomes different when it comes from someone who’s actually fought through the things you’re still trying to escape.
